LEGACY
LTG (R) Robert B. Flowers was the primary architect of the Sapper Tab, leaving an indelible mark on the Engineer Regiment through his hands-on leadership and commitment to tactical excellence. As the Commanding General of the Maneuver Support Center at Fort Leonard Wood, he was known for his immersive approach to oversight, frequently engaging with trainees during rigorous nocturnal operations.
